Its best to call first to let us pick your order and have it ready for your arrival. Please preorder drums. We can load drums into your vehicle or trailer.

Refund Policy:

Refund within 30 days RETURN POLICY: All items, other than HAZMAT items, may be returned by the buyer for a merchandise refund or exchange. Buyer pays return shipment costs. Items incorrectly shipped by the store may be returned at no cost to buyer for a full refund or the store will send the proper items at no additional cost. Due to DOT/UN shipping regulations there are no returns on ANY HAZ-MAT flammable fuels. If you do not want the fuel then you must refuse to accept delivery of fuel.

Did your order have a mistake or was broken upon arrival?

I hate to make mistakes but sometimes I do make a mistake. My policy is that if it is my mistake then you don't have to pay for the extra shipping costs. Your packages are insured and if damaged I will replace the damaged items immediately. Here are the details: 

Returns and Replacements:

Fuel (HAZMAT) items cannot be returned due to HAZMAT regulations. I will replace any fuel or other item that is incorrectly shipped - if you do not want a fuel to be delivered then cancel the shipment with UPS or FEDEX as soon as possible and refuse delivery. You will have to pay for all shipping costs plus there is a $27.50 charge (UPS and FedEx) for any fuel package that is refused. If you need to return any item (other than a HAZMAT fuel) then contact me and I will assist you - if it is my mistake then the shipping of the replacements is at my expense - if not then all you pay is the shipping both ways (return and replacement plus the original shipping charges). 

Damaged Merchandise: Contact me as soon as possible and save the box and contents for UPS or FEDEX. I will replace the merchandise that was damaged in shipment at no charge. If your package is damaged in transit (seen on tracking data) then notify me as soon as possible and if the package is being returned to me then I will replace the damaged items immediately. I handle all shipping claims.

For esample, if you buy a drum or more of Nitromethane, then we need to confirm your identity and location for delivery. 2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs. 3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service. 4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are legally compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. 5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
